Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 C parsley
1 TBSP mint leaves
1/4 watercress
3 medium size carrots(peeled and chopped)
1 egg white
Instructions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. In a blender mix infusion with carrots and egg white on medium speed for 45 seconds Apply to face , let sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water Cover and refrigerate immediately, discard after 3 days
